Future Policy

Upon commercial launch, consumers within the EU will have 14 days to withdraw from any purchase without providing reasons, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and § 355 BGB. Digital content purchases may be exempt from withdrawal once download/streaming has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal.
