4. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set cookies. In your browser’s local storage it saves two values: cookieConsent, recording that you closed the notice at the bottom of the page, and awayHidden, recording that you closed a temporary notice. Both stay on your device, are never transmitted to us or to third parties and contain no personal data. Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.

If you contact us, we store your data to process your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.

6. Third-Party Services

Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Ljubljana, Slovenia) — fonts are loaded from fonts.bunny.net; your IP address is transferred to that server. According to the provider, no cookies are set and no personal access data is logged; processing takes place on servers within the European Union. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the purpose or as long as statutory retention periods require (e.g. § 147 AO: ten years for invoices and business letters).
